Ichibo, also known as Picanha in Brazilian cuisine, is often regarded as the queen of steaks and is the most beloved cut of meat by Brazilians. Located just beside the Sirloin (also known as the King of steak), Ichibo features a beautiful marbling pattern resembling that of a zebra, and is known for its tender and juicy meat that is not excessively oily.
