This part is hard to find in the market. Kainomi is not a popular part from the commercial perspective, because there is only 1.5kg of Kainomi from 20kg of 2 Rib Short Rib. It is one of the rarest parts of the Wagyu beef. Melts in the mouth, it is also highly sought-after by the Japanese gourmet. Personally, this part is only sold to our VVIP, because we only sell 10 pieces of Kainomi in a month.
