About Steak Colour
Beef contains myoglobin, which may appear red, purple or brown in colour when exposed to oxygen. This has nothing to do with the meat quality. Do take note that frozen meat will have a darker shade. |

About Steak Breaking Apart
Our steak is guaranteed properly hand-cut, when meat is frozen it hardens and becomes relatively brittle. During the delivery, a non visibly noticeable breaking apart of the meat can happen due to collision or impart. It is normal for the steak to separate after defrosting. The fats connecting to lean meat may break apart when it is defrosted and thawed. |

About Vacuum Packing
Vacuum packing prolongs the freshness of the meat. A long-distance delivery journey may cause the packaging to become partially unsealed or damaged. The meat quality will not be affected, nonetheless, buyers beware. |

About Steak Size & Shape
The beef originally comes in different sizes, a hand-cut steak will not have a fixed shape. Please take note and further communicate with our customer service, should you have strict requirements for the shape and thickness. |

About Steak Naturally Softening During Delivery
As part of our professional, through insulation measures, our delivery foam box acts as a mini refrigerator. The meat would naturally soften in our hot weather. Be rest assured that its quality remains unchanged, you can savour your steak with peace of mind. |

Delivery and Receiving Reminder
Kindly ensure that you have checked the condition of the goods before signing the proof of delivery. Should there be missing items, please immediately contact our customer service. We will manage the situation to your satisfaction.
The buyer will bear the loss caused by quality-related issues, that are the result of being non-contactable due to the wrong address and contact number being provided, or the refusal of receiving the delivery. |
